How to Submit Your Images

IMPORTANT

By submitting your images you are agreeing that you have obtained permissions from ALL creative members who were involved in creating your image/s. We will not accept responsibility for anyone who has not sought this prior to sending images to Pretty Little Poser Model Magazine. We will direct the complainant back to the submitter. If there are any disputes with permission we are NOT liable. We will redirect the complaint back to the submitter who may incur a publishing charge from the photographer (This can vary in price depending on the photographer).

To submit your images to our magazine, please go over to our Facebook page and look at our pinned post. Alternatively, there is a button at the bottom of this page that will take you directly to our Facebook Page. Each artist will be able to post up to 5 images per issue.

All the information must be included with your submission:-

The models name (Forenames Only)
The models age
Photographer
Country
Designer
Hair/makeup artists
Any other creative team member.
Social Media Links and Websites

If your images are chosen to appear in our magazine, you will be required to e-mail us your high-resolution files. Saving image/s from social media such as Facebook or Instagram are too low in quality and our publishers will refuse to publish them which can result in our issue being delayed. We cannot accept any low-resolution, screenshots, social media shots, or any other non-professional images.

Please ensure the image/s you submit to Pretty Little Poser Model Magazine have no logos or text on them.

If you have submitted more than one image of the same model, we may only choose one of your submissions for that month to ensure all photographers, models, and artists get a chance to showcase their work. If you have submitted more than one image of different models, we will do our best to get all the images in the issue, but this is not guaranteed.

We do have several issues open every month for you to submit to. However, it will ultimately be the team's decision where each image is best placed. Therefore it may not be under the specific issue you requested.

If you have submitted several images, we may sometimes hold onto images and move them over to the following month if necessary.

Please note, no one is guaranteed a cover spot. All images for a particular issue will be given to our team and the cover collectively decided. Please don't keep asking for a cover spot.

We do our best to keep you updated with our decisions, but it's not always possible.

SENDING YOUR EMAIL

When sending your email, please follow these steps:-

In the subject box – write the models name.
Attach the image/s we have requested; please ensure they have no text on them and that your image are sized 8.5 x 11 300dbi. If your image/s are not of this size, we will be required to resize them to 8.5 x 11 to ensure the images correctly fit our pages. If the resolution is too low, they will NOT be printed in our magazine.
In the body of the email. Please ensure you have informed us if you’re submitting on the behalf of, the photographer, the model's name, the model's age, country, designer, hair/make-up artists, and any other creative team member.
We may ask you to say a little bit about yourself, your company and your creative team.
We may ask you for a brief interview.

If there are any images that do not meet our requirements, they will get removed. We will do our best to keep you informed of the decision, but it’s not always possible.

Please ensure you stick to the deadlines given, if you miss the deadline this could mean you’ll lose your placement in the magazine.

Purchasing Options

You have 3 different ways of purchasing our products. They are:-

Printed Copies (with a complementary Digital Copy)
Digital Copies ONLY
Badges, Tear sheets, and Certificates ONLY

Keep an eye out for our Flash Sales - When releasing a new issue we will often sell it at a reduced rate for 48 hours. Our publishing house will also offer discounts at certain times of the year. When that happens, we will pass the discounts on to you.

With each email we send out informing you your issue has gone live, we will always include the Video Preview link. Please ensure you check your submission is correct prior to purchasing.

By purchasing our magazine you will automatically be entitled to receive your award. If you have purchased a printed copy of the issue via MagCloud, all you have to do is send us your confirmation receipt and we will organise for your digital documents to be sent to you.

However, from August 2022 - you can purchase your digital copy of our issue via our website You can also simply purchase your digital badges, certificate and tear sheets rather than buying the actual magazine.

When asking for your badges, certificates and tear sheets, please ensure you provide us with the following information:-

* The issue number and issue name you want your award for.

* The name of who you want the certificate made out to.

* Your Social Media links

We aim to get the badges, tear sheets and certificates to you 48 hours after the request has been made. However, we do our best to let you know if there is a delay.

FREEBIES

We unfortunately do NOT provide free copies/tear sheets of the magazine to anyone. All monies made go back into the magazine, licensing fees, and publishing fees.

However, we do send out a video preview of each magazine on our Facebook page. The link to your preview will be in the "Published" email we send out.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

By submission of any photo to Pretty Little Poser Model Magazine, you agree that you own all rights to each submitted photo and have the full right and permission to enter the photo which may or may not appear in any way of any of the following: in a publicly distributed online and/or print magazine, on contest website(s), Facebook, Instagram and for any/all other promotional advertisements. By giving Pretty Little Poser Model Magazine right to use photos, you agree and hold Pretty Little Poser Model Magazine harmless of any and all copyrights of photos.

If submitting Composite Images and you used a premade background, you will need to check the T&C of the creator before submitting. Please link any backgrounds that are for sale and will link them on our website back to either your shop or the shop you brought the item from. We will not be accepting any copyright infringement and will direct the seller back to yourselves.

COMPLAINTS

All printing, purchasing and shipping is handled through our publishing house. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact MagCloud directly first.

If in the extreme case you cannot resolve the issue with our publishing house, please escalate the problem to us at submissions@prettylittleposer.co.uk and we will of course step in. IF this is the case, we will need to have all your correspondence between yourself and MagCloud emailed to us.
